Great staff from the time you walk in the door. Check in and then when you get to the back you get prescreened and then you get your doctor and do what needs to be done., that's it. Most friendly and courteous staff that I have ever dealt with.

I was glad I did not have to wait more than a few minutes. The new patient paperwork was easy and fast. My needed meds were addressed and called in to pharmacy. The PA and Dr. Mount astle were thorough with my medical history and addressed all needs I had one by one in a timely manner and was in and out at a reasonable time. Great visit

I will say initially getting in to be seen as a new pt. was a little rocky and kinda made me want to just go elsewhere but I also work in Healthcare so I know things happen sometimes that are not representitive of how an office normally functions and treats pts. Taking that into consideration and the fact that I was referred by more than one person to see Brandy Mountcastle. I really wanted to her a chance to see if she would be a good fit for me and be able to help me as well with my health concerns and I'm glad I did. She is very attentive and listens to what your saying. Rather then just treating symptoms she takes focuses on your whole health and puts forth a genuine effort to get to the cause, address thise issues and help you moving forward.

Everyone was very friendly and efficient in their jobs. Office and bathroom were very clean. I have told several about Dr Montcastle, she is very good.

The staff was very welcoming of me being a new patient. Mrs Brandy was awesome and apologized right away due to she had to be over the computer for the appointment due to her being out of office , for medical reasons. Very sweet , n seems knowledgeable, and very willing to help you reach your goals in your health. She wants to make sure she gets to know everything there is to know about your health. Seems to be a great place to go. I got recommended by a family member and I'm glad I made Brandy my primary family doctor ❤️
